肺癌化疗患者PICC置管护理中静疗小组的干预效果探讨

Intervention Effect of Intravenous Therapy Group in PICC Catheteriza⁃tion Nursing for Patients with Lung Cancer Chemotherapy

目的 探究肺癌化疗经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管(Peripherally Inserted Central Venous Catheter, PICC)置管患者应用静疗小组的作用。方法 随机选取中山大学肿瘤防治中心于2022年11月-2023年11月收治的100例肺癌化疗患者为研究对象。采用盲摸双色球法均分为静疗组、基础组,各50例。基础组行一般护理,静疗组联合采用静疗小组护理。比较两组的PICC置管情况、不良反应发生情况及护理满意度。结果 静疗组的PICC置管情况中一次穿刺率(96.00%)、一次置管率(98.00%)、上腔静脉到位率(92.00%)均优于基础组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.005、4.891、11.422,P均<0.05);静疗组不良反应总发生率为4.00%,明显低于基础组的16.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.000,P<0.05);静疗组护理满意度(100.00%)高于基础组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.263,P<0.05)。结论 静疗小组能够改善肺癌化疗PICC置管患者的置管情况,降低不良反应发生率,提高患者满意程度。

Objective To investigate the effect of the therapy group on peripherally inserted central venous catheter(PICC)catheterization in patients with lung cancer chemotherapy.Methods A total of 100 patients with lung cancer undergoing chemotherapy admitted to the Sun Yat-sen University Cancer Center from November 2022 to November 2023 were selected as the study objects.The patients were divided into two groups by blind touch bicolor ball method,with 50 cases in each group.The basic group received general nursing,and the therapy group combined with intrave-nous therapy group nursing.The PICC catheterization,adverse reaction rate and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results In the therapy group,the once-puncture rate of 96.00%,the once-catheterization rate of 98.00%and the placement rate of superior vena cava(92.00%)were better than those in the basic group,and the differ-ences were statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.005,4.891,11.422,all P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the therapy group was 4.00%,which was significantly lower than that in the basic group(16.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.000,P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate of the therapy group was 100.00%,which was higher than that of the basic group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.263,P<0.05).Conclusion The therapy group can improve the catheterization of patients with PICC catheterization of lung cancer chemotherapy,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and improve patient satisfaction.
