PDCA模式在胃肠镜检查中护理风险控制的应用

Application of PDCA Model for Nursing Risk Control in Gastroenteroscopy

目的分析PDCA模式在胃肠镜检查中护理风险控制的应用效果。方法回顾性选取2022年1月-2023年6月潍坊市人民医院内镜中心收治的90例需接受胃肠镜检查患者的临床资料。按具体护理模式分为常规管理组45例,PDCA管理组45例。比较两组患者检查过程及检查后的并发症发生率、各类护理风险事件的发生率以及护理满意度。结果与常规管理组相比,PDCA管理组患者各类护理风险事件的发生率、检查过程及检查后的并发症发生率更低,均为0,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.186、4.186,P均<0.05)。PDCA管理组患者对于护理工作的满意率(100%)明显高于常规管理组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.294,P<0.05)。结论将PDCA循环管理模式应用在胃肠镜检查患者的护理工作中能够有效降低其各类风险事件的发生率,同时可降低患者由于检查所导致的各类并发症发生率,提高患者满意度。

Objective To analyze the application effect of PDCA model in nursing risk control in gastroenteroscopy.Methods The clinical data of 90 patients undergoing gastroscopy in the endoscopy center admitted to Weifang People's Hospital from January 2022 to June 2023 were retrospectively selected.According to the specific nursing model,45 cases were in the conventional management group and 45 cases in the PDCA management group.The inci-dence of complications,nursing risk events and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the conventional management group,the incidence of various types of nursing risk events,the inci-dence of complications during and after the examination in the PDCA management group was lower,with 0,and the differences were statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.186,4.186,both P<0.05).And the satisfaction rate of patients in PDCA management group for nursing care was 100%,which was significantly higher than that of the conventional manage-ment group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.294,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of PDCA cycle management model in the nursing care of gastroenteroscopy patients can effectively reduce the incidence of vari-ous types of risk events,and at the same time can reduce the incidence of various types of complications caused by the examination of patients and improve patient satisfaction.
