摘要
目的 评估布地奈德混悬液(Budesonide Suspension, BIS)鼻腔正压雾化吸入应用在鼻息肉病患者术后的临床疗效。方法 随机选取2022年10月—2023年9月无锡市惠山区人民医院接受鼻内镜手术治疗的60例鼻息肉病患者为研究对象,遵循随机数表法分组,对照组(30例,术后以布地奈德鼻喷剂喷鼻)、观察组(30例,术后以鼻腔正压雾化吸入BIS10 d+后续布地奈德鼻喷剂喷鼻),比较两组临床疗效、鼻功能评分、鼻气道阻力、C反应蛋白(C-Reactive Protein, CRP)、症状积分。结果 与对照组(80.00%)相较而言,观察组治疗总有效率(96.67%)更高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.043,P=0.044)。治疗后,观察组鼻功能评分、鼻气道阻力、CRP、症状积分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论 在鼻息肉病患者术后实施鼻腔正压雾化吸入BIS治疗,可以减轻炎症反应、鼻气道阻力,改善鼻功能,提高整体疗效,促进症状消退。
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of budesonide suspension(BIS)in patients with nasal polyposis after operation.Methods A total of sixty patients with nasal polyps who underwent endoscopic surgery in Huishan Dis⁃trict People's Hospital of Wuxi City from October 2022 to September 2023 were randomly selected as the study objects,and grouped according to random number table method.Control group(30 cases,postoperative budesonide nasal spray),observation group(30 cases,postoperative nasal positive pressure aerosol inhalation of BIS 10 d+subsequent budesonide nasal spray).The clinical efficacy,nasal function score,nasal airway resistance,C-reactive protein(CRP)and symptom score of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group(80.00%),the total effective rate of the observation group(96.67%)was higher,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.043,P=0.044).After treatment,the nasal function score,nasal airway resistance,CRP and symptom score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion BIS treatment with nasal positive pressure nebulizing after operation can reduce inflammation,nasal airway resistance,improve nasal function,improve the overall curative effect,and promote the resolution of symptoms.
