临床护理路径在人工股骨头置换手术患者中的应用分析

Application of Clinical Nursing Pathway in Patients undergoing Artificial Bipolar Femoral Head Replacement

目的 分析人工股骨头置换手术(Bipolar Femoral Head Replacement,BFHR)患者采用临床护理路径(Clinical Nursing Pathway,CNP)护理取得的效果。方法 方便选取2022年8月—2023年7月于武城县中医院接受BFHR治疗的88例患者为研究对象,参照随机数表法分为两组。对照组(44例)接受常规护理,研究组(44例)在其基础上应用CNP进行护理。针对两组简易应对方式问卷(Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire,SCSQ)评分、术后并发症与护理满意度情况予以比较。结果 护理后,研究组积极应对维度分值高于对照组,消极应对维度分值低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组术后并发症总发生率为2.27%,低于对照组的18.18%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.456,P<0.05)。研究组护理总满意率为95.45%,高于对照组的79.55%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.091,P<0.05)。结论 BFHR患者采用CNP进行护理能够有效增强疾病应对能力,降低术后并发症风险,提高护理满意度。

Objective To analyze the effect of clinical nursing pathway(CNP)in patients undergoing artificial bipolar femoral head replacement(BFHR).Methods A total of 88 patients who received BFHR treatment in Wucheng County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2022 to July 2023 were conveniently selected as the study ob⁃jects and divided into two groups according to random number table method.The control group(44 cases)received routine nursing,and the study group(44 cases)received CNP nursing on the basis of routine nursing.The Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire(SCSQ)score,postoperative complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the positive coping dimension score of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the negative coping dimension score was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was 2.27%,which was lower than that in the control group(18.18%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.456,P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of nursing in the study group was 95.45%,which was higher than that in the control group(79.55%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.091,P<0.05).Conclusion The use of CNP in the nursing of BFHR patients can effectively enhance the disease coping ability,reduce the risk of postoperative com⁃plications,and improve nursing satisfaction.
