手术治疗联合综合康复护理对下肢静脉曲张患者的影响研究

Effect of Surgical Treatment Combined with Comprehensive Rehabilitation Nursing on Patients with Lower Extremity Varicose Veins

目的 研究下肢静脉曲张患者进行手术治疗联合综合康复护理的效果。方法 方便选取2021年6月—2023年6月泰安八十八医院血管外科收治的104例下肢静脉曲张手术治疗患者为研究对象。根据护理方法的不同分为研究组和对照组,各52例。两组均手术治疗,对照组采用常规护理,研究组采用综合康复护理,比较两组的护理效果。结果 研究组的疼痛以及肿胀的持续时间及住院时间均明显短于对照组,住院费用低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组的D-二聚体水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者的血常规指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组的临床有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 综合康复护理不仅能够减轻患者疼痛感以及肿胀感,还能改善患者的D-二聚体水平,且提高临床疗效。

Objective To study the effect of surgical treatment combined with comprehensive rehabilitation nursing in patients with lower extremity varicose veins.Methods A total of 104 patients with lower extremity varicose veins treated in vascular surgery department of Tai'an 88 Hospital from June 2021 to June 2023 were conveniently selected as the study objects.According to the different nursing methods,they were divided into study group and control group,52 cases each.Both groups received surgical treatment,the control group received routine nursing,the study group re⁃ceived comprehensive rehabilitation nursing.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results The duration of pain,swelling and hospitalization in the study group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,and the hospitalization cost was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The level of D-dimer in the study group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in blood routine indexes between the two groups(P>0.05).The clinical effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive rehabilitation nursing can not only reduce the pain and swelling of patients,but also improve the D-dimer level of patients and improve the clinical effect.
