以文化人:“蒙爱”园本课程开发的实践理路

摘要 园本课程是幼儿园提升教育质量、走向内生和特色发展的重要手段,其建构应体现幼儿园的办园目标并尊重自身的办园历史。“蒙爱”园本课程聚焦“蒙以养正,爱润生命”的课程理念,通过挖掘幼儿园办园历史过程中的课程要素、提炼幼儿园的育人文化、持续深挖潜在的课程资源来启蒙幼儿关于爱的情感,并通过赋能教师专业发展、凝聚“儿童—教师—课程”三位一体协调发展的课程文化以及构建“家—园—校—社”融合的课程建设共同体来保障课程的实施。 Kindergarty-based curriculum is an important means for kindergartens to improve the quality of education and move towards endogenous and characteristic development.Its construction should reflect the kindergartners'goals and respect their own history.The kindergarten-based curriculum of"Mengai"enlightens children's feelings of love by excavating the curriculum elements in the kindergarten's history,refining the kindergarten's education culture,and continuously exploring latent curriculum resources.The implementation of the curriculum is guaranteed by empowering the professional development of teachers,consolidating the curriculum culture of"child-teacher-curriculum"and constructing an integrated curriculum construction community of"home-garden-school-community".
