城市生态系统长期定位观测数据与服务评估的关系

Relationship Between Services Assessment and Long-term Positioning Observation Data of Urban Ecosystem

摘要 城市生态系统为城市和市民提供的服务功能是城市生态系统国家定位观测研究站(以下简称城市站)观测和研究的重点内容。为强化城市站观测数据的统一性、系统性和可对比性,以及合理利用观测数据评估生态系统服务,文章首先通过梳理国内外城市站的管理和观测研究实践,针对目前城市站数据观测和管理上存在的问题提出对策建议;其次在梳理城市生态系统服务与观测指标关系的基础上,构建基于观测数据的生态系统服务评估框架,以提升观测数据的利用价值,提高城市站的社会服务能力和影响力;最后从提升城市站观测数据质量、丰富观测研究成果类型,以及服务评估框架的可行性提出思考。 China Terrestrial Ecosystem Research Network(CEN)started to construct the urban ecosystem stations in 2016,and 22 urban stations have been approved for construction by 2022.The services provided by urban ecosystems to cities and citizens are one of the key areas of observation and research by urban stations in China Terrestrial Ecosystem Research Network(CEN).In order to enhance the consistence,systematicity and comparability of the observation data from the urban stations and quantify the relationship between observation data and ecosystem services,the paper reviews the management and the observation research/practices of urban stations at home and abroad,summarizes the problems arising in the observation and management of urban station.Then the ecosystem service assessment framework based on observation data is constructed centering on the core functions of urban stations and on the basis of the review of the relationship between urban ecosystem services and observation indicators.At the end,countermeasures are proposed for the access to and management of indicator-based observation data from the CEN urban stations.
