工况参数对旋转接头泄漏的影响研究

摘要 在旋转接头间隙密封中,工况参数的改变会影响其密封性能,进而影响其运行效率,为了探究工况参数(转速、进油口压力、温度)对旋转接头泄漏量的影响,采用Fluent流体仿真与试验相结合的方法,研究工况参数对泄漏量的影响规律,建立相应的泄漏数学模型。研究表明:随着进油口压力、温度的增大,泄漏量具有增大的趋势,而转速对泄漏量并无显著影响,不过随着旋转时间的增长,间隙密封中的温度升高,使液压油黏度发生变化,最终间接地改变泄漏量的大小。 In order to explore the influence of working conditions parameters(speed,oil inlet pressure,temperature)on the leakage of rotary joints,this paper adopts the method of combining fluent fluid simulation and test to study the influence of working condition parameters on leakage amount and establish the corresponding leakage mathematical model.The results show that with the increase of pressure and temperature of the oil inlet,the leakage has a tendency to increase,and the speed has no significant effect on the leakage amount,however,with the increase of rotation time,the temperature in the gap seal increases,so that the viscosity of the hydraulic oil changes,and finally indirectly changes the size of the leakage.
