摘要
随着航空技术的快速发展,复合材料的应用范围也随之快速扩大,复合材料部件的维修任务量呈逐年上升的趋势。目前,维修手册是飞机维修工作的主要依据,其中的零件图大多是二维的,这样的图样并不能直观提供零部件内部的完整信息。文中以航空发动机复合材料风扇叶片为研究对象,针对不同位置和尺寸的损伤模式设计针对性的维修方案,并建立相应的数字化模型,采用有限元分析方法对不同损伤和维修方案的效果进行评估,进而构建一个针对复合材料风扇叶片的维修方案知识库。
With the rapid development of aviation technology,the application range of composite materials has also expanded rapidly,and the maintenance tasks of composite components are increasing year by year.At present,the maintenance of domestic aircraft components mostly depends on the maintenance manual and its two-dimensional drawings,which cannot obtain the internal dimensions and material information of components truly and accurately.In this paper,aero-engine composite fan blades are taken as the research object,and targeted maintenance schemes are designed according to the damage modes of different positions and sizes,and corresponding digital models are established.The effects of different damage and maintenance schemes are evaluated by finite element analysis,and then a knowledge base of maintenance schemes for composite fan blades is constructed.
