摘要
为了解决飞机动力舱中存在的散热问题,以某电动轻型航空器为主要研究目标,以传热学理论、N-S方程等有关概念为基础,利用CFD软件模拟了动力舱中的温度场,采用κ-ε双方程湍流模型和指定壁面热流量法对其进行了研究。研究结果表明,局部高温和散热不均的问题会出现在一些热源的表面,例如电动机和控制器。因此对原有冷却系统进行改进,给出5种改进方法,分别进行模拟并对比,筛选出最优的改进方案,改进后所有元件满足其规定的温度要求。
In order to solve the heat dissipation problem in the aircraft power cabin,an electric light aircraft is the main research goal,based on the heat transfer theory,N-S equation and other related concepts,the temperature field in the power cabin is simulated by using the CFD software,and the κ-ε two-range turbulence model and the specified wall heat flow method are studied.The results show that the problems of local high temperature and uneven heat dissipation will appear on the surface of some heat sources,such as electric motors and controllers.Therefore,the original cooling system is improved,five improvement methods are given,simulated and compared respectively,and the optimal improvement scheme is selected.After the improvement,all the components meet the specified temperature requirements.
