摘要
自动协调加载控制及数据采集系统是用于结构静强度试验载荷施加的重要设备,其准确程度是保证验证试验准确可靠、成功有效的重要因素。通过对加载系统自检技术的研究,分析并梳理出造成系统故障的原因,并设计了系统自检方案,形成了系统级→组件级的逐级排除故障方法,并将该自检方法应用于现场,证明该自检方法的正确性和适应性,能满足系统的自检要求,可以有效保障试验加载质量和安全。
The automatic coordinated loading control and data acquisition system is important equipment used for applying loads in structural static strength tests,and its accuracy is an important factor in ensuring the accuracy,reliability,and success of validation tests.Through research on the self-testing technology of the loading system,the causes of system failures are analyzed and sorted out,and a system self-testing scheme is designed,forming a system level to component level step-by-step troubleshooting method.The self-testing method is applied on site to prove its correctness and adaptability,which can meet the self-testing requirements of the system and effectively ensure the quality and safety of experimental loading.
