摘要
基于本地数字媒体行业特色,课程教学团队引入了新技术、新规范和新方向,对原有教学内容进行了有针对性的提升和重组,以适应新时代行业发展的要求。在此过程中,基于“行业需求”“工作过程”“技艺融合”“能力跟踪”和“增效服务”5个维度,校企共建“知技艺”融合人才校企合作培养课程体系,培养符合“知技艺”融合型技能人才;校企政行共建“双导师+多元课堂”环境,实现三全育人;思政主线浸润课程,校企地构建协同育人教学目标体系;聚焦学生增值成长,促能力递进,校企构建三阶提级评价体系。
Based on the characteristics of the local digital media industry,the course teaching team has introduced new technologies,standards,and directions,and has targeted the improvement and restructuring of the original teaching content to meet the requirements of industry development in the new era.In this process,based on the five dimensions of“industry demand”,“work process”,“skill integration”,“ability tracking”and“efficiency enhancing services”,schools and enterprises jointly build a curriculum system for cultivating“knowledge and skills”integrated talents through school enterprise cooperation,and cultivate skilled talents who meet the requirements of“knowledge and skills”integration.Building a“dual mentor+diverse classroom”environment with the cooperation of schools,enterprises,government,and administration to achieve comprehensive education.The main line of ideological and political education infiltrates the curriculum,and schools,enterprises,and localities construct a collaborative teaching goal system for educating students.Focusing on the value-added growth of students,promoting the progressive development of abilities,and building a three-level grading evaluation system for schools and enterprises.
