铁路行业组织人事工作平台的研究与实现

摘要 为了解决中国铁路兰州局集团公司(以下简称“兰州局”)原组织人事管理系统架构分散、数据共享度不足、各系统业务覆盖单一、难以满足实际业务需求等问题,从而提升组织人事部门的工作效率,同时减轻两级组织人事部门的工作负担,文章设计并实现了组织人事工作平台。结合组织人事工作的实际业务需求,该平台基于微服务架构,应用前后端分离、双因子认证、缓存及定制化报表等关键技术实现了架构统一、服务隔离、数据共享以及业务集成。实践证明,该平台有助于最大化地发挥组织人事数据的价值,从而推动组织人事信息系统的统型工作,为铁路组织人事管理的信息化建设提供了重要支撑。 In order to solve the problems of scattered organizational personnel management system architecture,insufficient data sharing,single system business coverage,and difficulty in meeting actual business needs of China Railway Lanzhou Bureau Group Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as“Lanzhou Bureau”),and to improve the work efficiency of the organizational personnel department and reduce the workload of the personnel departments at both levels,this article designs and implements an organizational personnel work platform Based on the actual business needs of organizational personnel work,this platform is based on a microservices architecture and applies key technologies such as front-end and back-end separation,dual factor authentication,caching,and customized reports to achieve unified architecture,service isolation,data sharing,and business integration.Practice has proven that this platform helps to maximize the value of organizational personnel data,thereby promoting the standardization of organizational personnel information systems and providing important support for the informationization construction of railway organizational personnel management.
