半导体芯片科研生产行业数字档案馆建设路径研究及实践

摘要 基于半导体芯片科研行业的档案特点,文章从档案资料的有效监督、与主营业务信息系统的集成深度和档案数据归档、检索利用水平等方面讨论了企业数字档案馆建设中存在的问题及矛盾。同时,结合半导体芯片科研生产行业和信息技术的发展现状,从档案资料的电子分发、归档范围、归档模式、业务系统衔接、特殊格式数据检索方案等方面论述了企业数字档案馆的建设实践,以期为半导体芯片科研生产行业的数字档案馆建设提供信息化发展建议。 Based on the characteristics of archives in the semiconductor chip research industry,this article discusses the problems and contradictions in the construction of enterprise digital archives from the aspects of the effectiveness supervision of archive materials,the depth of integration with the main business information system,and the level of archive data archiving and retrieval utilization.At the same time,based on the current development status of the semiconductor chip research and production industry and information technology,this paper discusses the construction practice of enterprise digital archives from the aspects of electronic distribution,archiving scope,archiving mode,business system connection,and special format data retrieval scheme of archive materials,in order to provide information development suggestions for the construction of digital archives in the semiconductor chip research and production industry.
