党的二十大报告将“实现高质量发展”作为中国式现代化的本质要求之一,明确提出“高质量发展是全面建设社会主义现代化国家的首要任务”,中央经济会议把推进中国式现代化作为最大的政治。站在新的历史起点,我们要深刻认识高质量发展的重大意义,以高质量发展不断推进中国式现代化,为全面建设社会主义现代化国家开好局起好步。以高质量发展扎实推进中国式现代化,需要了解中国式现代化的全球共性和中国特色差异,需要践行工业化建设的高质量发展,更需要推进现代产业体系尤其是新质生产力建设战略新兴产业。中国式现代化立足自身、合乎规律、造福人类,具有重大的理论和实践意义,为全人类文明的进步和发展贡献了新的方案和伟大力量。

The report of the 2Oth National Congress of the Communist Party of China regards"achieving high-quality development"as one of the essential requirements of Chinese path to modernization,and clearly puts forward that"high-quality development is the primary task of building a modern socialist country in an all-round way".The Central Economic Conference regards the promotion of Chinese path to modernization as the biggest political ssue.Standing at a new historical starting point,we should deeply understand the significance of high-quality development,continue to advance Chinese path to modernization with high-quality development,and make a good start for building a modern socialist country in an all-round way.To firmly advance Chinese path to modernization with high-quality development,we need to understand the global commonalities and differences with Chinese characteristics of Chinese path to modernization,practice high-quality development of industrial construction,and more importantly,advance the construction of modern industrial system,especially strategic emerging industries.Chinese path to modernization is based on itself,conforms to the law,and benefits mankind.It has great theoretical and practical significance,and contributed new programs and great forces to the progress and development of human civilization.
