基于DEA模型的河南省工业绿色转型绩效评价研究

摘要 构建了河南省工业绿色转型绩效评价的指标体系,然后选择3个投入指标和3个产出指标,用DEA方法对2023年河南省18个地区的工业绿色转型绩效进行评价分析,计算出各地区工业绿色转型的投入产出效率。结果表明该模型对河南省各地区工业绿色转型水平进行评价的可行性,数据易于获取,能够帮助政府部门制定相关政策和方针指导生产。 Data envelopment analysis(DEA)method is a common method for the evaluation of multi-input and multi-output systems,and its effectiveness and reliability have been fully verified in many application fields.This paper firstly constructs the index system of industrial green transformation performance evaluation in Henan Province,and then selects 3 input indexes and 3 output indexes to evaluate and analyze the industrial green transformation performance of 18 regions in Henan Province in 2022 by using the DEA method,and calculates the input-output efficiency of industrial green transformation in each region.The final results show that the model is feasible to evaluate the level of industrial green transformation in each region of Henan Province,and the data are easy to obtain,which can help government departments formulate relevant policies and guidelines to guide production.
