摘要
为了探究振动、换层缠绕等因素对提升机张力平衡装置性能的影响规律,对张力平衡装置的结构及工作原理进行分析,建立了提升机张力平衡装置力学模型与提升机系统数学模型,并使用Simulink进行仿真分析,为张力平衡装置后续的优化与设计提供了理论基础。
In order to explore the vibration,layer change winding and other factors on the performance of the hoist tension balancing device,the structure and working principle of the tension balancing device is analysed,the mechanical model of the tension balancing device of the hoist and the mathematical model of the hoist system are established,and the simulation analysis is carried out using Simulink,which provides a theoretical basis for subsequent optimization and design of the tension balancing device.Simulink is used to simulate and analyse,which provides a theoretical basis for the subsequent optimization and design of tension balancing device.
