塔机斜腹杆自动加工焊接装置的设计及应用

摘要 某公司塔机片式标准节生产过程中,斜腹杆通过外购获得,其加工质量及一致性难以把控,且需求量大、外购成本压力大,提出设计制作片式标准节斜腹杆加工焊接装置。基于自动加工的条件完成斜腹杆圆管的坡口铣削和与挡板的焊接等过程,根据需求进行结构及功能设计,进一步完成控制系统的设计。实际应用表明,该装置生产过程自动高效,生产节拍、生产品质满足要求,相较于外购成品件,每年至少可节约生产成本45万元。 In the production process of one company's tower crane piece-type standard section,the inclined web is obtained through outsourcing,and its processing quality and consistency are difficult to control,and the demand is large,and the pressure of outsourcing cost is great,so we propose to design and produce the inclined web processing and welding device for piece-type standard section.Based on the conditions of automatic processing to complete the bevel milling of the round tube of the oblique web rod and welding with the bafle plate and other processes,according to the demand for structural and functional design,and further complete the design of the control system.Practical application shows that the production process of this device is automatic and efficient,the production beat meets the demand,the production quality meets the requirements,and compared with the outsourcing of finished parts,it can save at least 450,000 yuan of production costs per year.
