摘要
对某电厂超临界机组汽轮机进行分析,并采用标准k-ε湍流模拟方法对高耗能原因进行剖析,并给出降低汽封间隙的节能优化改造措施,经过验证分析该种方案能够在保障汽轮机组安全运行的情况下降低能耗。
The turbine of a supercritical unit in a power plant is analysed,and the standard k-8 turbulence simulation method is used to analyse the reasons for high energy consumption,and energy-saving optimization and modification measures are given to reduce the steam seal gap,which are verified and analysed to be able to reduce energy consumption while ensuring the safe operation of the turbine unit.
