数字化转型已经成为企业提升竞争力、紧跟信息化社会发展的必要手段。然而,过高的技术门槛往往使数字化转型局限于技术层面,难以渗透到业务层面,阻碍了技术和业务的双向融合发展。针对数字化转型的局限性,提出了运用低代码平台来进行业务层面渗透的措施,通过技术降低技术门槛,使管理经营业务与技术相结合。除了从技术层面介绍低代码平台的设计,介绍了与之匹配的制度设计。通过人与技术相结合,促进数字化转型在组织内的双向促进。

Digital transformation has become a necessary means for enterprises to.improve their competitiveness and keep up with the development of the information society.However,excessively high technical thresholds often limit digital transformation to the technical level and make it dificult to penetrate into the business level,hindering the two-way integrated development of technology and business.In response to the above limitations of digital transformation,this article proposes measures to use low-code platforms to penetrate the business level,using technology to lower the technical threshold,so that people who do not understand technology can also participate in the transformation process,and make management and business operations consistent with technology.combine.In addition to introducing the design of low-code platforms from a technical perspective,this article also introduces the matching system design.Promote the two-way promotion of digital transformation within the organization through the combination of people and technology.
