摘要
设计了一种电控液压转向系统,可应用于卡车、工程机械车辆等。介绍了电控液压转向系统的结构,给出了原理,并进行了性能影响分析。应用这一系统,车辆在低速行驶时转向轻便、灵活,在高速行驶时转向阻力增大,可以防止路面冲击和驾驶员误操作造成的失稳。这一系统结构简单,质量轻,安全性能高。
An electro-hydraulic steering system was designed,which can be applied to truck,construction machinery vehicle,etc.The structure of the electro-hydraulic steering system was introduced,the principle was given,and the performance influence analysis was carried out.With this system,the vehicle steers lightly and flexibly at low speed,and increases steering resistance at high speed,which can prevent instability caused by road impact and driver misoperation.The system is simple in structure,light in weight and high in safety.
