摘要
刹车片支架在铸造后表面会出现毛刺等缺陷,影响使用性能。设计了工业机器人打磨刹车片支架的夹具,应用RobotArt软件进行仿真加工,以验证打磨轨迹规划的合理性和使用工业机器人打磨刹车片支架的可行性。
Defect such as burr will appear on the surface of the brake pad bracket after casting,which will affect the performance.A fixture for industrial robot to grind brake pad bracket was designed,and RobotArt software was used for simulation processing to verify the rationality of grinding trajectory planning and the feasibility of using industrial robot to grind brake pad bracket.
