“育——选—考——教”一体化:高考综合改革新图景

The Integration of"Cultivation-Selection-Examination-Teaching":A New Picture of the Comprehensive Reform of the College Entrance Examination

摘要 教育强国建设中作为“基点”的基础教育与作为“龙头”的高等教育经高考产生顺序联结。高考综合改革对整合教育资源、推动基础教育与高等教育协同育人、促进学生健康成长成才意义重大。十年高考综合改革实践,“教—考—选—育”一体化并未达至理想状态,个体成长一定程度地存在学段断续问题。深化高考综合改革,应突出促进学生健康成长成才与可持续发展的育人目标,立足学段衔接的角色定位,以评促学的应用价值,厘清“教”“、考”“、选”“、育”关系及其定位,推动“考教衔接”向“选”“、育”延伸,重构“育—选—考—教”一体化新的支持体系。以“育”为总体导向,澄清高等教育人才选育目标与专业基础知识,引领系统构建;以“选”为关键枢纽,完善多元录取机制,实现学段间的有机联结;以“考教衔接”为重要基础,持续优化选考制度,促进基础教育高质量发展。 In the building of a powerful country in education,basic education,which is the"basepoint,"and higher education,which plays the"leading"role,are linked in sequence through the college entrance examination.The comprehensive reform of the college entrance examination is of great significance to the integration of educational resources,the promotion of the collaborative cultivation of talents through basic education and higher education,and the improvement of students'healthy growth and success.However,the ten-year practice of the comprehensive reform of the college entrance examination shows that the integration of"teaching—examination—selection—cultivation"has not yet reached an ideal state,and there is a disconnected educational stage to a certain extent in individual growth.To deepen the comprehensive reform of the college entrance examination,we need to highlight the talent-cultivating goal of promoting students'healthy growth and sustainable development,based on the role that the comprehensive reform plays in connecting educational stages,and the application value of promoting learning through evaluation,clarify the relationship between"teaching,""examination,""selection"and"cultivation"and their positioning,extend the connection between"examination and teaching"to"selection"and"cultivation,"and build a new,integrated support system for"cultivation—selection—examination—teaching";lead the systematic construction of the talent-cultivating goal by clarifying the goal of selecting and cultivating talents and basic professional knowledge in higher education based on the overall orientation to"talent cultivation";use"talent selection"as a key pivot,improve the mechanism for multiple admissions,and organically connect different educational stages;and based on the connection between"examination and teaching,"continue to optimize the talent-selecting system,and promote the high-quality development of basic education.
