大思政格局下高职学生职业核心素养培育路径研究

摘要 针对高等院校“立德树人”人才培养要求,培育学生的职业精神,帮助其提升职业核心素养,本文通过融入大思政思想,构建探索适合高职学生职业核心素养培育路径——三阶段培养、三课堂浸润和四协同共育,提供满足高职学生职业核心素养的培养需求和标准,为实现新时代高职教育育人目标。 In response to the talent cultivation requirements of“cultivating virtue and nurturing talents”in higher education institutions and the need to cultivate students'professional spirit to enhance their voca-tional core competencies,this paper integrates the Grand Ideological and Political Thought to construct an exploration of a vocational core competency cultivation path suitable for higher vocational college students,which consists of three stages of training,three classroom immersions,and four collaborative co-cultiva-tion.This path scientifically and systematically meets the cultivation needs and standards of vocational core competencies for higher vocational college students,achieves the educational goals of higher vocational ed-ucation in the new era,and provides a reference for higher vocational institutions.
