计及继电保护控制规律影响的输电线路行波定位算法研究

摘要 本文研究了输电线路故障时刻行波的传播与继电保护动作特征的配合问题,将继电保护动作规律考虑到输电线路故障发展的过程中,从理论上研究故障行波的产生及传播与继电保护动作过程之间的时序关系,制定有效行波提取算法。采用PSCAD仿真软件对110 kV输电线路继电保护建模,分析继电保护动作规律对地电位双端行波定位算法的影响。结果表明,继电保护装置的动作时间远大于行波传递时间,对行波定位几乎没有影响。 The coordination between the propagation of traveling waves during transmission line fault and the characteristics of relay protection actions are studied in this paper.Considering the action law of relay protection in the process of transmission line fault development,the temporal relationship between the generation and propagation of fault traveling waves and the action process of relay protection are theoretically studied,and an effective traveling wave extraction algorithm is developed.PSCAD simulation software is used to build the relay protection model of 110kV transmission line,and the influence of relay protection action rules on the ground potential dual terminal traveling wave positioning algorithm is analyzed.The results show that the action time of relay protection device is much longer than the transmission time of traveling wave,so that it has almost no effect on the traveling wave localization.
