元宝枫种质资源研究与利用

摘要 元宝枫(Acer truncatum)是集生态、观赏和经济价值于一身的乡土木本油料树种。本文对近年来元宝枫种质资源收集、品种选育及繁育技术、遗传多样性分析、重要性状分子机理研究以及资源加工利用等重点研究方向进行总结分析,并针对目前元宝枫研究工作存在的种质资源家底不清、资源评价体系不完善、油用品种缺乏、栽培技术及机械化程度落后等问题,建议在今后研究中需重视野生种质资源的创新利用,依托分子辅助育种技术开展品种定向选育,探索稳产高产的现代化栽培模式等研究工作,以期为元宝枫高效开发利用提供科学依据,进而促进元宝枫资源的产业化发展。 Acer truncatum is a native woody oil tree species that integrates ecological,ornamental and economic values.This paper summarized the key research of Acer truncatum in recent years,including germplasm resources collection,variety selection and breeding technology,genetic diversity analysis,molecular mechanisms of important traits,resource development and utilization.Through summarizing and analyzing,the paper pointed out that current research of Acer truncatum had problems such as unclear germplasm resources,imperfect resource evaluation system,lack of oil varieties,and lag cultivation technology and mechanization.In the future research,it is necessary to pay attention to the innovative use of wild germplasm resources,variety orientation breeding based on molecular assisted breeding technology,and to explore the stable and high yield modernization cultivate modes,in order to provide scientific basis for the efficient utilization and promote the industrial development of Acer truncatum resources.
