多受热面耦合共用锅筒转炉余热锅炉的研发

摘要 以转炉余热烟气为研究对象,介绍了一种针对中高温、高硫、高灰余热烟气高效利用的余热锅炉的设计方案,以及防止该余热锅炉受热面磨损、腐蚀和保证锅炉稳定运行的关键技术。该锅炉热效率较同类型余热锅炉提高3~5个百分点,适用于含尘量(质量浓度)<100 g/m3、含硫分(体积分数)<15%多种类型烟气,锅炉连续运行周期可从12个月提高至18个月;采用主动式导流防磨技术可防止受热面积灰堵塞,不使用防磨材料,锅炉制造成本低。 The design scheme of a waste heat boiler for efficient utilization of waste heat flue gas with medium to high temperature,highsulfur,high ash,and the key technologies to prevent wear and corrosion of the heating surface of the waste heat boiler and ensure stable operation of the boiler are introduced by taking a converter waste heat flue gas as the re-search object.The thermal efficiency of the boiler can be improved by 3~5 percentage points compared to other types of waste heat boilers.Various types of flue gas with a dust content(mass concentration)less than 100 g/m3 and a sulfur con-tent(volume fraction)less than 15%is suited for the boiler.The continuous operation cycle of the boiler can be increased from 12 months to 18 months.Active flow guiding and anti-wear technology can be used to prevent clogging of the heated ar-ea with ash,without the use of anti-wear materials,and the manufacturing cost of the boiler is low.
