燃食用菌菌渣工业锅炉设计与应用

摘要 针对食用菌菌渣水分高、热值低,难以稳定燃烧的特点,采用室燃加层燃加倒转炉排的设计,开发出纯烧食用菌菌渣的工业锅炉。该锅炉具有系统简单、运行稳定、燃烧效率高、经济性好等优点。 In response to the characteristics of high moisture content,low calorific value,and difficulty in stable com-bustion of edible mushroom residue,an industrial boiler for pure burning of edible mushroom residue has been developed u-sing a design of chamber combustion with layer combustion and inverted grate.The boiler has the advantages of simple sys-tem,stable operation,high combustion efficiency,and good economy.
