摘要
[目的/意义]通过调查事实核查平台的信息甄别学习资源,为国内信息甄别学习资源建设提供参考和借鉴。[方法/过程]以国际事实核查网络(IFCN)认证平台和国内代表性辟谣平台为数据来源,搜集整理信息甄别相关学习资源,采用内容分析法从形式特征和内容特征角度进行编码与分析。[结果/结论]信息甄别学习资源包含文本、视频、课程、游戏等多种类型,以文本和视频为主。信息甄别学习资源覆盖基本概念、方法技巧、识别工具、伦理规范及典型案例五大主题,以基本概念和方法技巧为主。平台面向青少年、老年人、大学生、新闻工作者、医护工作者和教育工作者等多元主体提供相关学习资源。最后,从辟谣平台和图书馆角度提出相关对策和建议。
[Purpose/Significance]Investigating the learning resources of information screening on fact-checking platforms can provide reference for the development of such resources in China.[Method/Process]Taking the International Fact-Checking Network(IFCN)certification platforms and the domestic representative rumor-refuting platform as data sources,this article collected and organized the information screening related learning resources,and adopted the content analysis method to code and analyze from the perspective of form characteristics and theme characteristics.[Result/Conclusion]The study finds that the information screening learning resources included text,video,courses,games and other types,with text and video as the main types.The learning resources of information screening cover five themes:basic concepts,methods and skills,identification tools,ethical norms and typical cases,with basic concepts and methods and skills as the main topics.The platform provides relevant learning resources for diverse subjects such as teenagers,elderly people,college students,journalists,healthcare workers,and educators.Finally,it puts forward some relevant countermeasures and suggestions from the perspective of rumor-refuting platform and library.
