摘要 肠道微生物对维持动物健康具有至关重要的作用,它们可通过多种直接或间接的机制参与并影响宿主的生理过程。尽管肠道微生物与畜禽机体的新陈代谢和健康状况密切相关,但关于它们之间的关系及其作用机制还需深入研究。文章重点介绍了近年来在揭示肠道微生物群与动物脂质代谢关系方面的研究进展,探讨了畜禽肠道微生物的代谢产物(如短链脂肪酸、胆汁酸以及色氨酸代谢产物及其衍生物)与脂质代谢之间的复杂相互作用。文章特别讨论了肠道微生物群与宿主之间的相互作用如何共同决定宿主和微生物群的代谢变化,总结了国内外关于通过调节肠道微生物群来改善宿主脂质代谢的研究,旨在为利用肠道微生物调节脂质代谢以改善肉品质的应用和研究提供参考。 Intestinal microbiota plays a crucial role in maintaining animal health,as they participate in and influence the host's physiological processes through a variety of direct and indirect mechanisms.Although gut microbes are closely related to the metabolism and health status of livestock and poultry,the relationship between them and the mechanism of action needs to be further studied.The article focuses on the recent research progress in revealing the relationship between gut microbiota and animal lipid metabolism,and explores the complex interactions between the metabolic products of livestock gut microbiota(such as short-chain fatty acids,bile acids,and tryptophan metabolites and their derivatives)and lipid metabolism.It particularly discusses how the interplay between gut microbiota and the host jointly determines the metabolic changes of the host and the microbiota,and summarizes domestic and international research on improving host lipid metabolism by modulating the gut microbiota.The aim is to provide references for the application and research of using gut microbiota to regulate lipid metabolism and improve meat quality.
