摘要
为了推动实现“双碳”目标,从企业内部视角出发,对环境领导力如何协调员工实施组织期望的绿色行为进行深入分析。聚焦于社会信息加工理论,构建了一个以组织绿色文化和员工环境意识为中介变量的链式中介模型。同时,引入员工知识吸收能力作为调节变量,进一步考察其在模型中的作用。对301名员工问卷调查数据展开的实证分析结果表明,环境领导力正向影响了员工绿色行为;组织绿色文化和员工环境意识的链式中介作用成立;员工知识吸收能力调节了组织绿色文化与员工环境意识的关系。
In order to promote the achievement of the"dual-carbon"goal,an in-depth analysis of how environmental leadership coordinates the implementation of organizationally desired green behaviors by employees is presented from an internal corporate perspective.Focusing on social information processing theory,a chain mediation model with organizational green culture and employee environmental awareness as mediating variables is constructed.Meanwhile,employee knowledge absorption capacity is introduced as a moderating variable to further examine its role in the model.The empirical analysis of 301 employees'questionnaire data showed that environmental leadership positively influenced employees'green behaviors;the chain mediation between organizational green culture and employees'environmental awareness was established;and employees'knowledge absorption capacity moderated the relationship between organizational green culture and employees'environmental awareness.
