摘要
将一种长链柔性二元酸单体(DSA)引入到聚酯树脂中,制备得到一种低温定影墨粉用聚酯树脂。采用熔融指数仪、示差扫描量热仪、毛细管流变仪、凝胶渗透色谱仪、带电量测试仪、光密度仪及摩擦实验机研究了DSA的添加量对聚酯树脂及其制得的墨粉的流变性能、热性能、分子质量大小及分布、带电量、带电稳定性以及低温定影性的影响。结果表明,一定量的DSA的引入会降低树脂的软化温度和分子质量,提高树脂的酸值,从而提高聚酯树脂的低温定影性能和电性能,得到高品质的打印图像。
The long-chain flexible dicarboxylic acid monomer(DSA)was introduced into polyester resin,and the low-temperature fixing polyester resin for toner was prepared.The effects of DSA addtion on the rheological properties,thermal properties,molecular weight size and distribution,charge weight,charge stability and low temperature fixation of polyester resin and prepared toner were studied by using melt index meter,differential scanning calorimeter,capillary rheometer,gel permeation chromatograph,charge capacity tester,optical densitometer and friction tester.The results indicated that the introduction of a certain amount of DSA could reduce the softening temperature and molecular weight of the resin,increase the acid value of the resin,thereby improving the low-temperature fixing performance and electrical performance of polyester resin,and obtaining high-quality printed images.
