热固性树脂基复合材料增韧及其抗冲击/抗分层性能优化

Advances in toughening thermoset resin matrix composites and optimization of the impact/delamination resistance

摘要 综述了热固性树脂复合材料的增韧及其抗冲击/抗分层性能优化方面的研究进展。从热固性树脂增韧、复合材料界面改性、热固性树脂基复合材料成分优化、热固性树脂基复合材料结构优化等角度介绍了不同方法的改性效果,并建议未来关注新型增韧热固性树脂基复合材料的高效开发、使用场景扩展和工程化应用。 The research progresses of toughening and impact/delamination resistance optimization of thermosetting resin composites were reviewed.The modification effects of different methods were introduced from the perspectives of thermosetting resin toughening,composite interface modification,thermosetting resin matrix composite composition optimization,and thermosetting resin matrix composite structure optimization.It was suggested that attention should be paid to the efficient development,use scenario expansion and engineering application of new toughened thermosetting resin matrix composites in the future.
