硒及其化合物在白血病中的研究进展

摘要 硒是人体所必需的微量元素之一,在调节人体生长发育及生理功能方面有重要作用。缺硒会导致多种疾病的发生,如大骨节病、克山病、甲状腺疾病等,并增加癌症的发生。研究发现白血病患者血清硒水平明显降低,且与不良预后相关;硒在白血病治疗中可发挥双重作用,一方面可与化疗药物起到协同抗白血病效应,另一方面可减轻化疗药物的不良反应。近年来,纳米硒作为一种新型单质硒,与有机硒和无机硒相比具有更高的生物利用度、更强的生物活性和更低的毒性。文章综述了硒及其化合物在白血病中的研究进展。 Selenium is one of the essential trace elements in human body,which plays an important role in regulating human growth and physiological function.Selenium deficiency can lead to a variety of diseases,such as Kashin-Beck disease,Keshan disease,thyroid disease and increase the incidence of cancer.It was found that serum selenium level decreased significantly in patients with leukemia,and it was associated with poor prognosis.Selenium can play a dual role in the treatment of leukemia:on the one hand,it can play a synergistic anti-leukemia effect with chemotherapy drugs,and on the other hand,it can reduce the side effects of chemotherapy drugs.In recent years,nano-selenium,as a new type of elemental selenium,has higher bioavailability,stronger bioactivity and lower toxicity than organic and inorganic selenium.This article reviews the progress of selenium and its compounds in leukemia.
