Advances in functional magnetic resonance for the preoperative diagnosis of mild hepatic encephalopathy in TIPS

肝性脑病是经颈静脉肝内门体分流术的并发症之一,常会恶化患者的生活质量和身体状况。轻微肝性脑病是其早期阶段,常在术前就已经出现,但是目前尚缺乏特异度及灵敏度均较高的诊断方法。文章旨在综述经颈静脉肝内门体分流术术前发生轻微肝性脑病诊断学方法,以期提高临床早期对肝性脑病的发现概率。

Hepatic encephalopathy is a complication of transjugular intrahepatic portosystemic shunt(TIPS),which worsens the quality of life and physical condition of patients,and mild hepatic encephalopathy is its earliest stage,which usually appears before TIPS.But there is currently a lack of diagnostic methods with high specificity and sensitivity.This article aims to review the current diagnostic methods for mild hepatic encephalopathy before TIPS,in order to improve the early clinical detection of hepatic encephalopathy.
