外周动脉疾病患者预后不佳,且受关注程度较低,因此预测和评估其进展将对该疾病的规范治疗起到重要作用。目前,已有多种理化指标可用于评估外周动脉疾病的复杂性并预测其进展。文章旨在综述理化指标在预测和评估外周动脉疾病严重程度中的研究现状。

Patients with peripheral artery disease have a terrible prognosis and receive less attention,so predicting the progression will play an important role in the standardized treatment of the disease.A variety of indexes are available to assess the complexity of peripheral artery disease and predict its progression.This article aims to review the status of various indexes in predicting and evaluating the severity of peripheral artery disease.
