基于内容分析的图书馆智慧空间建设案例研究

智慧空间建设是图书馆发展的必然趋势,研究相关问题对支撑智慧图书馆转型具有重要意义。研究主要采用内容分析法对11个图书馆建设智慧空间的案例展开编码分析。首先,梳理智慧空间建设成功的经验:以数据为中心感知用户需求、以智能服务提升用户体验和以空间再造改善管理方式。其次,挖掘智慧空间建设的障碍:图书馆主体领导力不强、空间布局不均衡、虚实空间融合联动不强、智慧空间体系不完整不充分。最后,提出智慧空间建设的优化路径:增强图书馆主体建设能力、以去中心化思想弥补鸿沟、优化虚实融合的技术迭代与服务呈现、围绕用户中心建设智慧空间。以期为图书馆智慧空间建设提供启示。

The Construction of Smart Space is an inevitable trend in the development of libraries,and the research on the related issues is of great significance to transformation of smart libraries.The research used content analysis to code and analyze 11 cases of construction of library smart space.First of all,the successful experience of smart space construction is sorted out:perception of users'needs oriented at data,promotion of user experience by intelligent service and optimizing management by space shaping.Secondly,the obstacles to the construction of smart space are excavated:the weak leadership of the library,uneven spatial layout,weak integration and linkage between virtual and real spaces,incomplete and insufficient smart space system.Finally,it is proposed that smart space can be improved by enhancing the main construction capacity of the library,bridging the gap with a decentralized approach,optimizing the technology iteration and service presentation of virtual and real integration,and building a user-centered smart space,aiming at providing inspiration for future smart space construction.
