基于数据挖掘及真人交互探究樊效鸿教授防治膝骨关节炎的核心组方

Exploration on core prescription of Xiaohong Fan in treating knee osteoarthritis based on data mining and human interaction

目的:运用数据挖掘及真人交互的方法探究樊效鸿教授治疗膝骨关节炎的核心组方,为中药复方研发提供参考。方法:检索2019年6月至2020年6月樊效鸿教授于成都中医药大学附属医院骨伤科及名医堂门诊治疗膝骨关节炎所开处方,经多种数据挖掘方法对有效处方进行系统分析,获取核心中药组合并作可视化分析。根据真人交互结果,将汇总得到的核心中药组合进一步转化为新中药复方。结果:本研究共纳入有效处方77首,汇总出樊效鸿教授治疗膝骨关节炎高频中药25味、强关联规则61条、核心中药11味、聚类组合6个。进一步整合交互后,得到新中药复方为甘草、白芍、桂枝、路路通、白术、鸡血藤、续断、骨碎补、生地黄、女贞子、墨旱莲。结论:樊效鸿教授基于膝骨关节炎“风寒湿邪侵袭为标,气血肝肾亏虚为本”的病机特点,提出“标本兼治,分期论治”的基本原则。本研究利用数据挖掘并辅以真人交互,揭示了其临床治疗膝骨关节炎的核心组方,有助于指导临床实践,并为新中药复方研发提供理论参考。

Objective:This study aimed at summarizing the core prescription of Professor Xiaohong Fan in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis(KOA),and providing reference for the development of new Chinese medicinal prescriptions.Method:We searched Professor Xiaohong Fan’s prescriptions in the treatment of KOA at the Department of Orthopedics and Traumatology Clinic of The Affiliate Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2019 to June 2020.A variety of data mining methods were selected to analyze eligible prescriptions in order to obtain core combinations of Chinese herbal medicines,and the results were visualized.Then,according to the human interaction,the core combination of Chinese herbal medicines was further transformed into a new Chinese medicinal prescription.Result:In this study,a total of 77 eligible prescriptions were included.Then it was found that Xiaohong Fan had 25 high-frequency herbs,61 strong association rules,11 core herbs and 6 cluster combinations in the treatment of KOA.After further integration and interaction,we concluded that the new prescription for the treatment of KOA by Professor Xiaohong Fan was Gancao,Baishao,Guizhi,Lulutong,Baizhu,Jixueteng,Xuduan,Gusuibu,Shengdihuang,Nvzhenzi and Mohanlian.Conclusion:Based on the pathogenesis characteristics of KOA that“the invasion of wind,cold and dampness pathogens is the symptoms,and the deficiency of qi,blood,liver and kidney is the cause”,Professor Xiaohong Fan puts forward the basic principle of“treat the symptoms and caus simultaneously,and stage identification and treatment”.This study uses data mining technology and human interaction to reveal his medication rules for the treatment of KOA,which help to guide clinical practice and provide theoretical references for the development of new Chinese medicinal prescriptions.
