红景天苷对血管张力调节作用及分子机制的研究进展

Research progress in the regulation of vascular tension by salidroside and its molecular mechanism

红景天苷是从藏药红景天根及根茎中提取的活性成分,在现代研究中发现其具有抗炎、抗氧化、调节免疫,以及保护重要脏器血管的作用。血管舒缩功能障碍是血管类疾病诊断中的常见症状,也是此类疾病继续发展的重要原因。中药在防治血管舒缩功能障碍方面具有一定的优势,其中,红景天中的有效成分红景天苷对血管张力调节具有良好作用。本文通过内皮依赖性途径和非内皮依赖性途径对红景天苷影响血管舒缩状态的机制研究展开综述,为进一步研究红景天苷防治血管舒缩功能障碍提供理论依据。

Salidroside is an active ingredient extracted from the roots and rhizomes of Hongjingtian,a Tibetan medicine.In modern studies,it has been found that it has anti-inflammatory,antioxidant,immune regulation,and protection of important organs and blood vessels.Vasomotor dysfunction is a common symptom in the diagnosis of vascular diseases and an important reason for the development of such diseases.Traditional Chinese medicine has certain advantages in preventing and treating vasomotor dysfunction.Among them,salidroside,an effective component of Hongjingtian,has a good effect on vascular tension regulation.In this paper,the mechanism of salidroside's effect on vasomotor status through endothelium-dependent and non-endotheliumdependent pathways was reviewed to provide theoretical basis for further study of salidroside's prevention and treatment of vasomotor dysfunction.
