单孔腹腔镜手术在儿童普通外科中的应用与展望

摘要 腹腔镜手术已成为外科手术的主流,单孔腹腔镜手术(single-port laparoscopic surgery,SPLS)是传统多孔腹腔镜手术的进一步发展和补充,即通过一个切口进入人体,置入镜头和手术器械完成操作,以实现切口更加美观乃至无可视化瘢痕的目的,是目前手术学关注的热点。SPLS出现后,小儿外科医师尝试将其应用到小儿外科疾病的诊治中,取得了一定的成绩,但与成人外科比较,发展仍显缓慢。本文结合以往的手术经验,就SPLS在儿童普通外科的应用和前景做一论述,以期进一步推动儿童单孔腹腔镜手术的应用。 A trend of laparoscopic surgery has been growing since its introduction.Single-port laparoscopic surgery(SPLS)is an update from the multiportal laparoscopic surgery by entering the abdominal cavity within only one incision,allowing a more cosmetic appearance.After SPLS was introduced,the pediatric surgeons have applied it into the surgical treatment of pediatric diseases and gained impressive successes.However,compared to the improvement and progression in the adult laparoscopic surgery,the pediatric branch is far beyond enough.In this review,based on our previous experience on pediatric SPLS,we summarized the current situation and the future expectation on SPLS in pediatrics.
