摘要
EK8S是用来源于C815S的两系不育系中间材料作母本、粤丰B变异株系选稳定材料作父本杂交,经湖北武汉和海南陵水两地穿梭育种,利用人工低温池加压筛选育性,田间和室内鉴定米质和农艺性状,培育的具有不育起点温度较低、株型好、米质优、易繁好制、配合力强的细长粒中籼型水稻光温敏核不育系。利用该不育系配组的杂交稻新组合E两优888、E两优金丝和汇两优莹丝表现产量较高、米质优、食味好、生育期适中,通过了湖北省或国家品种审定。
EK8S,derived from the hybridization between a breeding material from C815S as the female and a uniform breeding material from the variant plant of Yuefeng B as the male,is a new photo-thermo sensitive genic male sterile(PTGMS)line in medium indica rice developed through shuttle breeding in Wuhan,Hubei and Lingshui,Hainan by way of fertility screening in low-temperature pool,identification of grain quality in laboratory and selection of agronomic traits in field.The male sterile line possesses the characteristics of low critical sterility-inducding temperature,good plant type,slender grains with high quality,easy multiplication and hybrid seed production and strong combining ability.The hybrid combinations E Liangyou 888,E Liangyou Jinsi and Huiliangyou Yingsi,derived from this sterile line,showed high yield,good grain quality,delightful taste and suitable growth period,and passed the Hubei Province or national variety approval.
