泡沫硬化剂治疗精索静脉曲张的单中心短期随访结果分析

Analysis of the short-term results of foam sclerotherapy for varicocele:A single-center experience

目的分析单纯泡沫硬化剂治疗精索静脉曲张的可行性及有效性。方法回顾性分析中国人民解放军总医院海南医院2020年6月至2022年6月采用经皮导管泡沫硬化剂治疗的58例精索静脉曲张患者临床资料,评估硬化治疗效果、精索静脉术后状态及反流情况。结果手术均取得成功,患者主观症状均明显减轻。术后随访时间(7.86±2.80)个月,两侧精索静脉平均直径明显缩小,疼痛评分减低,和术前相比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多普勒超声检查未见复发病例,围手术期和随访期间未见穿刺点出血、鞘膜积液、睾丸萎缩等并发症和死亡病例。结论单纯泡沫硬化剂治疗精索静脉曲张的手术创伤小,患者术后症状改善明显,值得临床推广。

Objective To analyze the feasibility and effectiveness of simple foam sclerotherapy for varicocele.Methods The clinical data of 58 patients who received foam sclerotherapy at Hainan Hospital of PLA General Hospital from June 2020 to June 2022 were analyzed retrospectively.The effect of sclerotherapy,postoperative status of the spermatic vein and venous reflux were evaluated.Results The operations were all successful,and the subjective symptoms of the patients were significantly relieved.The postoperative follow-up time was(7.86±2.80)months.The average diameter of the spermatic veins on both sides and pain score were reduced,and the differences were statistically significant compared with those before surgery(P<0.05).No recurrence cases were found in Doppler ultrasound examination,and no deaths or complications such as puncture point bleeding,hydrocele,testicular atrophy were found during the perioperative period and follow-up period.Conclusion The simple foam sclerotherapy for varicocele has little trauma and obvious improvement of postoperative symptoms,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
