中巴数字经济发展的基础与推进路径研究

Research on the Foundation and Promotion Paths of Digital Economy Development in China and Pakistan

《“十四五”数字经济发展规划》提出要拓展数字经济国际合作,推动“数字丝绸之路”发展。中巴两国毗邻而居,政治关系良好,经贸合作日益加深,具有坚实的基础和巨大的潜力发展数字经济。本文分析中巴两国经贸合作现状,发现中巴两国近年来虽在数字经济部分领域发展势头较好,但仍面临一些挑战,如数字基础设施建设水平滞后、数字鸿沟问题凸显、数字经济发展规模落后、数字人才缺失。中国推动数字丝绸之路的建设以拓宽国际合作,且在数字经济发展方面领先世界平均水平,因此,中巴两国基于上述问题,应深化数字领域合作,共同推进中巴数字经济的健康发展。

The Plan to Facilitate the Development of the Digital Economy in the 14th Five-Year Plan Period points out to expand international cooperation in the digital economy and advance the development of the"Digital Silk Road".As neighboring countries with good political relations and deepening economic and trade cooperation,China and Pakistan have a robust foundation and significant potential for developing the digital economy.By analyzing the current situation of economic and trade cooperation between China and Pakistan,this paper reveals that despite positive strides made in certain areas of the digital economy in recent years,China and Pakistan face several challenges such as lagging digital infrastructure construction level,prominent digital divide,backward digital economy development,and lack of digital talents.As China promotes the construction of the Digital Silk Road to expand international cooperation and leads the world average in the development of the digital economy,based on the above issues,China and Pakistan should deepen cooperation in the digital field and jointly promote the healthy development of digital economy in both nations.
