基于DEFORM-3D的轴承座热模锻工艺优化研究

摘要 为了解决铸造轴承座产生的气孔、夹渣等导致应力集中而承载能力下降,内部成分偏析、晶粒偏大导致综合力学性能低等问题。在对矿用轴承座进行锻造工艺分析的基础上,进行三维模型及其模具的设计,利用DEFORM-3D对其进行金属流动规律的锻造工艺仿真分析,在此基础上对零件进行产品优化设计,分析结果表明优化后的锻件设计满足模锻工艺要求。 In order to solve the problems of stress concentration and reduced load-bearing capacity caused by porosity,slag inclusion,etc.in the casting of bearing seats,internal component segregation,and large grain size leading to low comprehensive mechanical properties.On the basis of analyzing the forging process of mining bearing seats,a three-dimensional model and its mold design were carried out.The forging process simulation analysis of metal flow patterns was carried out using DEFORM-3D.Based on this,product optimization design was carried out on the parts.The analysis results showed that the optimized forging design met the requirements of the forging process.
