摘要
新质生产力的创新发展改变了传统的信息传播格局和传播生态,给高职院校智慧化就业平台的发展带来了新的挑战。全媒体视域下的“智慧化”对职业指导的传播内容、传播方式、传播效果、互动反馈等方面提出了新要求。高职院校应理性看待全媒体带来的机遇与挑战,积极探索全媒体与智慧化职业指导相融合的新路径,充分发挥全媒体技术优势和市场优势,打造符合时代需求的智慧化职业指导新模式。
The innovative development of new quality productive forces has changed the traditional pattern and ecology of information dissemination,bringing new challenges to the development of intelligent employment platforms in vocational colleges.The“smart platform”from the perspective of all media has put forward new requirements for the dissemination content,dissemination methods,dissemination effects,interactive feedback,and tracking services of career guidance.Vocational colleges should rationally view the opportunities and challenges brought by all media,actively explore new paths for the integration of all media and intelligent career guidance,fully leverage the technological and market advantages of all media,and create a new model of intelligent career guidance that meets the needs of the times.
