教师自我关怀:概念诠释、价值意蕴与内容框架

摘要 教师自我关怀是提升教师幸福感和专业动力的关键要素,它对预防职业压力、缓解职业倦怠、降低离职率以及维护身心健康、增强复原力等具有重要作用。教师自我关怀是教师善待自己的心理活动和行为实践,教师通过有效地认识与反思自我,主动开展有益于身心健康、提升幸福感的活动,对身体、心灵、精神和职业等各方面积极修炼,以平衡个人生活与职业,促进自我完善与发展。其价值包括:培养教师的积极情感、促进教师的自主发展、提升教师的生命价值、助力学生的成长成才、构建和谐的人际关系。教师自我关怀的内容框架包括心理层面和行为层面两个一级维度,情感、认知、调节、个人自我关怀和职业自我关怀五个二级维度。 Teacher self-care is a key factor in enhancing teacher well-being and professional motivation. It plays a crucial role in preventing occupational stress, alleviating occupational burnout, reducing turnover rates, and maintaining both physical and mental health while enhancing resilience. Teacher self-care is a psychological activity and behavioral practice where educators treat themselves well. Through effective self-awareness and reflection, teachers actively engage in activities beneficial to their physical and mental well-being, aiming to strike a balance between personal life and profession. This proactive approach fosters self-improvement and development.The value of teacher self-care encompasses cultivating teachers' positive emotions, promoting teachers' autonomous development, enhancing teachers' life values, contributing to students' growth and success, and building harmonious interpersonal relationships. The content framework of teacher self-care includes two primary dimensions: the psychological aspect and the behavioral aspect, with five secondary dimensions—emotion, cognition, regulation, personal self-care, and professional self-care.
