基于元分析的在线健康社区隐私披露意愿影响因素研究

Research on the Influencing Factors of Privacy Disclosure Willingness in Online Healthy Communities Based on Meta-analysis

[目的/意义]针对已有在线健康社区用户隐私披露意愿影响因素研究结果间的差异问题,对该领域相关实证研究进行系统定量分析得出更为客观、普适的结论。[方法/过程]采用元分析方法,对搜集的30篇实证研究中所提取的数据进行量化综述。[结果/结论]互惠规范、自我效能感、信任、感知收益、信息支持、情感支持对在线健康社区用户隐私披露意愿具有显著正向影响;感知风险和隐私关注对在线健康社区用户隐私披露意愿具有显著负向影响。同时,本研究识别出不同研究之间存在异质性部分可能与被试对象文化背景、年龄的差异有关。

[Purpose/significance]In view of the differences among the existing research results on the influencing factors of users’privacy disclosure willingness in online healthy communities,this paper makes a systematic quantitative analysis on relevant empirical studies in this field to draw a more objective and universal conclusion.[Method/process]Themeta-analysis method was used to quantify the data collected from 30 empirical studies.[Result/conclusion]Reciprocity norms,self-efficacy,trust,perceived benefits,information support,and emotional support have significant positive effects on users’willingness to disclose privacy in online healthy communities;Perceived risk and privacy concerns have significant negative effects on users’willingness to disclose privacy in online healthy communities.At the same time,this study identified that the heterogeneity between different studies may be related to the differences in cultural background and age of the subjects.
