摘要
MmpL(Mycobacterial membrane protein large,MmpL)蛋白是结核分枝杆菌的一类重要外排泵转运蛋白,主要参与底物转运,也能介导耐药发生,是潜在的抗结核靶点。本文从MmpL蛋白的结构与功能、耐药机制、蛋白抑制剂等方面进行综述,旨在为MmpL蛋白的功能研究及分枝杆菌的新药研发提供参考建议。
Mycobacterial membrane protein large(MmpL)is an important type of efflux pump transporter in Mycobacterium tuberculosis that involves substrate transport and antibiotic resistance,thus being a potential target for anti-tuberculosis.The structure,function,antibiotic resistance and inhibitors of the MmpL proteins were reviewed with the purpose of providing suggestions for exploration of MmpL function and the development of new antimycobacteria agents.
