摘要
进入21世纪以来,我国高校师德师风的理论研究和实践探索不断丰富,主要集中在概念性、描述性、相关性、学理性、影响性、考评性、对策性研究七个方面。已有研究在研究队伍不断壮大、研究成果不断增多、研究内容不断丰富、研究质量不断提升的同时,也存在研究视野不够开阔、研究内容不够深入、研究方法不够多元、研究体系不够健全的局限。站在新时代,面对新形势,聚焦新问题,未来研究要进一步开阔研究视野,深化研究内容,拓展研究方法,完善研究体系。
Since entering the 21st century,the theoretical research and practical exploration on teachers’ethics in Chinese universities have been enriched,mainly focusing on seven aspects:concept,description,relevance,academy,influence,evaluation,and countermeasure.The research team continues to grow,the achievements of research continue to increase,the research content continues to be enriched,and the research quality continues to be improved.However,at the same time there also exist some restricts in the existing research,the vision is not broad enough,the content is not deep enough,the methods are not diversified enough,and the system is not complete enough.Standing in the new era,facing the new situation,and focusing on the new problems,we should further broaden the research horizon,deepen the research content,expand the research methods,and improve the research system in the future.
