基于智能化趋势的收割机造型设计研究及其美学思考

摘要 面向农机智能化趋势,为更好地满足农业生产和用户需求,完善收割机造型设计方法,通过文献研究,系统总结了智能化农机的关键特征与要素,并结合收割机造型特征的具体案例,从整合设计、界面造型易用性和可持续性设计3个方面提出了面向智能化趋势的收割机造型设计原则。以丘陵地区小麦收割机为例,根据丘陵地区的地形特点和农业情况,对丘陵地区小麦收割机的功能模块进行整合,并面向智能化收割机整合设计原则提出整合从美学、实用和人机交互等方面的多因素系统性问题;面向界面造型易用性设计原则关注造型终端交互趋势、界面友好等设计趋势;面向可持续性原则提出通过模块化设计、材料选择和电动化动力的使用进行节能减排、减少耗能的举措。 Facing the trend of intelligent agricultural machinery,in order to better meet the needs of agricultural production and users,and improve the modeling design method of harvester,through literature research,the key features and elements of intelligent agricultural machinery are systematically summarized,and the specific cases of the modeling characteristics of harvester are combined.The paper puts forward the design principles of the harvester from three aspects:integrated design,usability of interface modeling and sustainable design.Taking wheat harvester in hilly areas as an example,according to the terrain characteristics and agricultural conditions of hilly areas,the functional modules of wheat harvester in hilly areas are integrated,and the multi-factor systematic problems of integration are put forward in terms of aesthetics,practicality and human-computer interaction in view of the integrated design principle of intelligent harvester.The design principle of user-friendly modeling focuses on the design trend of interactive modeling terminal and friendly interface.Initiatives to reduce energy consumption through modular design,material selection and the use of electric power are proposed for sustainability principles.
